Hero MotoCorp reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,861 crore for July to September, up 41% from ₹1,309 crore a year earlier. The figure includes a one‑time gain of ₹397 crore linked to a change in its stake in an associate company.

Standalone profit, without that gain, rose 4.6% to ₹1,456 crore.

Consolidated revenue rose 22.5% to ₹14,971 crore. Hero sold 18.68 lakh vehicles, up 10.5%.
