Bajaj Auto reported a standalone net profit of ₹3,354 crore for July to September, up 35% from a year earlier. Revenue rose 34% to ₹20,003 crore.
The company sold 15.49 lakh vehicles, up 19%. Exports drove the growth: export billings rose 40% to 7.79 lakh units, while domestic two‑wheeler sales grew less than 2%.
Electric business
Bajaj’s electric range, Chetak scooters and electric three‑wheelers, sold nearly 2 lakh units in the quarter and now brings in about a third of domestic sales revenue. Chetak alone earned more than ₹2,000 crore.
