Godrej Properties sold 3,658 homes worth ₹8,008 crore across 6.2 million sq ft in July to September, according to its results filing. Collections rose 31% to ₹5,318 crore.

Net profit fell 62% to ₹154 crore. For April to September, bookings were ₹16,659 crore, up 7%. The company is targeting ₹15,000 crore of collections in the second half of the year.
