DLF reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,301 crore for July to September, up 11% from a year earlier. Revenue was ₹2,298 crore.

New sales bookings were ₹3,800 crore. The Aureva, a luxury retirement housing project in Gurugram, sold out during the quarter.

Cash pile

Operating cash flow was ₹1,858 crore. DLF ended the quarter with net cash of ₹15,084 crore after paying out ₹1,980 crore in dividends.

The company’s rental arm owns about 50 million sq ft of offices and malls.
